Main Ingredients
Minced Lamb, Chana dal , Onion

Ingredients Method
500g minced lamb
250g chana dal (chick peas without husks)
1 tbs ghee
1 medium onion, chopped
1 tbs oil
oil for shallow frying

For seasoning:
1 tbs greated ginger
1/2 tbs crushed garlic
1 tbs crushed green chilli
2 tbs fresh coriander
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp ground cumin
4 cloves
1 cinnamon stick
to taste salt

  1. Cook mince in the oil until it is well cooked and
    the water has dried up

  2. Boil the dal until it is mushy and then add it to the mince

  3. Add the rest of the ingredients to the mixture,
    adding the ghee last

  4. Make small patties in the palms of your hands

  5. Shallow fry until light brown and serve

Serves: 2 - 4
