13oz Strawberries,roughly chopped |
½ pint of low-fat natural yogurt
1oz golden caster sugar
1½ pint of ice cold water
few drops of rose water
coursely ground black pepper
Place the strawberries in a food processor with
half of the iced water. Blend until smooth.
Add the yogurt, sugar, remaining water and the
rosewater and blitz until smooth and frothy.
Pour into chilled, tall glasses, sprinkle with black pepper and serve straight away.
