Stuffed Bhindha
(Okra or Ladies' Fingers)

Main Ingredients
Bhinda, Onion

Ingredients Method
1lb bhinda, washed and dried
1 medium onion, finely chopped
oil for shallow frying

For seasoning:
1 tsp grated ginger
1 tsp crushed garlic
1 tsp crushed green chillies
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp turmeric
1tbs dharna jeeru
1/2 cup chopped fresh coriander
2 tbc oil

  1. Slit the bhinda lengthtways

  2. Mix the remaining ingredients (except oil for frying) together

  3. Fry stuffed bhinda in oil at medium temperature

For seasoning:

Serves: 2-4
