1lb firm white fish fillets e.g., tilapia
1/4 cup oil
oil for shallow frying
For seasoning:
1 tbs crushed garlic
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp tumeric
1 tsp crushed green chillies - or to taste
1 tsp salt
1 tbs dharna jeeru
1 tsp fresh ground black pepper
2 tbs fresh lime juice
1/4 cup fresh chooped coriander

Mix all the ingredients from garlic to coriander in a bowl
Spread the mixture on each side of the fillets
Cover and refrigerate fish for 3 hours
Shallow fry marinated fish in hot oil for about 3 minutes each side
Serve
For seasoning:
Garnish with chooped coriander
