Dry Cauliflower Shak By Heena Jethwa  

Main Ingredients

Ingredients Method
1 cauliflower, chopped into small florets
1/4 cup oil

For seasoning:
1/2 tbs jeeru
1 tbs ginger-garlic- green chilli paste
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tbs dharna jeeru
1/4 cup coriander
1/2 tsp turmeric
1 tsp salt

  1. Add jeeru to hot oil until fragrant

  2. Add cauliflower and the rest of the spices

  3. Keep stirring until cauliflower is cooked

For seasoning:

  1. Garnish with coriander

    Note: For a different taste,
    add one chopped tomato to the cauliflower

Serves: 2 - 4
